No, after covid we decided to only provide virtual services. 


Some patient advocate services are customized and tailored to fit the needs of individual clients and their families. You can find most of our prices on the individual service tabs. 


After you complete your payment, you’ll complete a secure online intake form and upload any available medical or insurance documents. Once submitted, we’ll review and contact you within 1–2 business days.


All documents are uploaded through our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal. For privacy reasons, we cannot accept records by email, text message, or social media.


Yes. All coordination and advocacy services are provided remotely(unless you reside in Charleston, SC & surrounding areas), allowing us to respond efficiently and support clients across multiple locations.


No. OHH does not sell, rent, or deliver equipment. We coordinate the administrative process and work with approved suppliers of your choice.


No. Insurance approval depends on payer requirements and medical necessity. Our role is to ensure documentation is complete and properly coordinated.


With proper authorization, we may communicate with:

  • DME suppliers
     
  • Facilities
     
  • Insurance plans
     
  • Family caregivers


Timelines vary depending on the services you choose, documentation, payer response, and supplier availability. We provide regular updates throughout the process.


Each advocate gets a custom tracking sheet and summary. You’ll always know your total referrals, payout status, and tier level.


Payments are sent the Friday after the referred client completes payment and signs their service agreement.


Absolutely. As long as they purchase a new service, it counts!
