We serve as an independent patient advocate, coordinating documentation, insurance verification, and supplier communication — without selling or supplying medical equipment.

1. Client or facility completes a secure online intake form
    
2. Medical and insurance documents are uploaded through a HIPAA-compliant portal
    
3. OHH coordinates documentation, insurance requirements, and supplier communication
    
4. Ongoing follow-up until resolution or delivery confirmation
